BAND OF STRAYS is performing a SPOOKY set for the residents at the Naval Square in Philidelphia. Reviving our Halloween Songs and enjoying the Costume Parade, Lawn Games and Contest. Sorry, this is a Private Party for residents only, but it will be outside so we will spookify the entire area!
